Interesting comment! The whole key is to create value. Autonomously or as part of chains. The rest of that chain does not necessarily need to be located in NL, as lons we we add a step to the chain that, well, again, creates value. Become good at that and the presumed benefits of foreign companies locating here (e.g., more tax revenues) become less relevant.
